Mr. Lewis served as an attorney with the Dept. of Justice; as an attorney in the Office of Compliance in the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; Associate Director of the US Peace Corps in Nigeria and Country Director of US Peace Corps in Uganda; Legislative Assistant to US Senator Edward W. Brooke of Massachusetts and Chief of Staff for Delegate Walter Fauntroy of the District of Columbia. Lewis was an executive with the C&P Telephone Company in Washington, DC, a subsidiary of AT&T.  From 1984 until 1994, he was an Officer of Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) retiring in 1994 as President and CEO of the District of Columbia operations.  In 1994, Mr. Lewis was named President and CEO of National Public Radio in Washington, DC. In June 1999, President Clinton nominated Delano Lewis as US Ambassador to the Republic of South Africa and served until, 2001. Mr. Lewis, is a native Kansan, received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kansas in 1960 and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Washburn University School of Law, Topeka, Kansas, in 1963.

Mr. Lewis is an experienced executive with over thirty years of top-level management experience in Marketing, Communications, and Business Development. His oversight responsibilities include launching and managing start-up businesses, change management, new business development, corporate & public relations and the raising of seed & early stage capital.  Mr. Lewis takes an entrepreneurial approach that has demonstrated success to substantially increase profitability for his company & clients. Mr. Lewis is currently the President/CEO of LEWIS LIMITED LLC. Mr. Lewis is responsible for achieving revenue and profitability projections and promoting the reputation of the company. Mr. Lewis was responsible for generating over $11 million in revenue for the company over a three year period. In the early stages of the company, Mr. Lewis is an e-Learning designer, and a lead consultant on Cultural Diversity & Inclusion projects. Mr. Lewis is a graduate from Kennedy Western University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management. Mr. Lewis has a Degree in Computer Science Technology/Operations from Computer Learning Center Institute. He is also a graduate of Leadership Montgomery (Class of 1995)

Dr. Cynthia Clauson

Vice President of Education

Dr. Cynthia Clauson is a results-oriented school district and regional leader with comprehensive management and tested leadership skills in all aspects of school improvement, family outreach, diverse community relations, and organizational operations. As a District level educational leader, Dr. Clauson has coordinated and supervised school personnel and fiscal resources. As a strategic leader with an excellent track record as a teacher, principal, turn-around specialist, central office administrator, and superintendent, she has served as a mentor to both teachers and administrators. Dr. Clauson’s professional certifications include a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership (Dissertation focus: Critical thinking assessment as problem solving skills across a diverse population), Gonzaga University, Spokane, WA, 1997, Education Administration Certification, Washington State University, Pullman, WA, Continuing Certification 1995, Education MAT in Reading Curriculum/Gifted and Talented Education, Whitworth University, Spokane, WA, 1982, Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis in the performing and graphic arts to increase literacy. Vice President of Film & Video Production

Mr. Lewis’ responsibilities includes supervising and managing all aspects of physical production for the Air Force VEST series episode mini-series. He is responsible for pilot productions including production planning, crew staffing, scheduling, budgeting, production and post-production. In addition to managing the day-to-day production operations, Mr. Lewis worked closely with the creative team, ensuring the best possible production process with all parties. Mr. Lewis provided support for AFCLC, Expeditionary Skills Training Directorate, Air University (AU) Maxwell AFB, AL, by supervising a series of interactive, live-actor, film-based online training modules for preparing Airman for deployment into culturally complex environments. The scope of this work was to provide developmental services and complete development of cultural awareness training modules.  Ultimately six cultural awareness training modules will be focused on; Afghanistan, Iraq, Africa, Southcom, China, and Europe.

Vice President - Media & Print Division

Mr. Garcia is responsible for create graphic materials for printed advertisements. His specialty is designing print ads, brochures, and marketing materials for political campaigns. Mr. Garcia oversees a team of print & graphic designers in the office visualizing, designing, and creating material. Mr. Garcia’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

 

  • Visualize and design materials to be printed, such as brochures, display pieces, and mailers.

  • Collaborates with creative and advertising teams to create new material designs based on the messages and products the company wants to promote.

  • Maintains brand consistency across all designs and stay on message to represent the company’s interests.

  • Proofreads all materials to ensure they are letter-perfect and mistake-free.

  • Researches market and design trends to create timely, trendy designs that look fresh and current.

Co-Founder & Managing Partner (Aha-Learning)

An experienced educator with over 35 years of educational teaching  experience in both public and private sector school systems. Certified to teach K-8th Grade school curricula. Oversight of consulting and tutoring   responsibilities to include understanding each student's special strengths, values and needs, while striving to include all family members in their educational planning process.  College/University experience teaching and coordinating on-campus community college programs as well as online and blended teaching.
